Sea of Tranquility Field Trip

Visit a basaltic plain created by an ancient volcanic eruption. See where Neil Armstrong took humankind’s first steps on the lunar surface. Meet at the Spaceport America Visitor Center, 301 S. Foch Street in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico. You will be driven to Spaceport America in the middle of nowhere where you will join Sir Richard Branson on this week-long (if all goes well) adventure. Reservations are required and fees are steep. Suits, helmets, food packs, etc. will be provided. No children or pets (especially Chihuahuas) are allowed.
