Join the El Paso Trans Pecos Audubon Society and look for migratory birds, Gulls and ducks at Percha Dam and Caballo Dam. Percha Dam State Park is filled with beautiful Cottonwoods and Caballo Dam is just 15-miles downstream from Truth or Consequences, NM. Meet at 6:30 a.m. at the Southwest corner of the El Paso Outlet Mall at I-10 Transmountain (Talbot Rd. entrance to the Mall).  Bring a lunch.  There is a nominal fee of $5 per car which is good for both areas.  Contact Mark Perkins at 915-637-3521 for more information.
