Red Rock Canyon to July 1944 B-24 Crash Site


Hike a canyon with billion-year-old rhyolite formed when our continent was connected to western Australia. End at the July 1944 B-24 crash site. This is a free 3.5-hours moderate hike. There is no trail and you will scramble over rock. Meet at Memphis and Mayfield Terrace. For more information, contact Karl Putnam at the El Paso Hiking Group, You must register but it is a great way to learn about year-round hikes in our area.
