Registration is now live for our 2019 10,000 Steps for 100 Days Walking Challenge! No teams, no captains; this is an individual-based challenge where we push our participants to sustain a healthy daily step count for three consecutive months. If you’re looking to build better exercise habits, this might be just for you!
