Jim Tolbert - I love the outdoors and want to encourage people to spend more time in our beautiful Chihuahuan Desert. I'm a Master Naturalist and a Master Gardener. I organize hikes through a group known as the Sunrise Hikers. (You can get info about our hikes just by contacting me.) I serve on the City of El Paso Open Space Advisory Board and Parks and Recreation Board. I am the President of the West Texas Urban Forestry Council and I serve on the board of the Franklin Mountains Wilderness Coalition. This year I am the convenor of the Celebration of Our Mountains Committee.
